摘要
目的:探讨海岛地区不育男性精液微量元素与精子活力、精子活动率的关系。方法:对48例低活力组精液及50例低活率组精液和40例正常对照组精液分别用伟力彩色精子质量检测系统做精液常规测定(精子活力、精子活动率等)。采用博晖2100铅镉检测仪、MB5五元素仪检测锌、铜、铁、铅、镉等含量。所有数据通过SPSS13.0统计软件包进行统计分析,分别对低活力组精液及低活率组精液和对照组精液中微量元素进行方差分析,并进行相关分析。结果:低活力组及低活率组与正常对照组比较显示铅、镉、锌、镁含量有明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。pearson相关分析显示精子活动率与精液总Mg、Pb等微量元素浓度呈线性负相关,相关系数分别为0.742(P<0.001)、0.591(P<0.001);精子活动率与精液中Zn浓度呈线性正相关,相关系数为0.464(P<0.001)。结论:精液中微量元素的含量异常可影响精子的活力及活率,从而导致男子生殖系统功能异常。
Objective:To investigate the relationship of the sperm concentration of trace elements and azoospermia,sperm activity ratio in the male patients with infertility in the island areas.Methods:48 patients with low azoospermia and 50 patients with low activity ratio were enrolled,while 40 normal persons were chosen to the control group.The sperm concentrations of zinc,copper,ferrum,magnesium,lead and cadminm in the sperm were tested through MB5-Machine and BOHU2100-Machine.The azoospermia and sperm activity ratio were checked through WEILI-Machina.All the data were calculated through SPSS Software package and analysis of variance(ANOVA) and Pearson correlation analysis were adopted to analyses.Results:The sperm concentration of lead,cadminm,zinc and magnesium in the low azoospermia group and the low sperm activity ratio group were markedly higher than those of the controls(P〈0.001).Moreover,the sperm activity ratio presented significantly negative correlation with the sperm concentrations of magnesium and lead,(r=0.742,P〈0.001;r=0.591,P〈0.001),and presented positive correlation with the sperm concentration of zinc(r=0.464,P〈0.001).Conclusin:The change in sperm concentration of trace elements can significantly affect azoospermia and sperm activity ratio,thus lead to infertility.
