摘要
目的:观察内蒙古大兴安岭地区人群乙肝疫苗免疫情况,免疫效果及乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)携带情况,为进一步加强乙肝疫苗接种工作提供依据。方法:进行问卷调查,并收集血标本,应用酶联免疫(ELISA)法检测乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)、乙肝表面抗体(Anit-HBs)。结果:内蒙古大兴安岭地区人群(年龄5~80岁)乙肝疫苗接种率36.00%,HB-sAg阳性率为7.38%,Anit-HBs阳性率为47.17%。免疫组HBsAg阳性率2.43%明显低于未免疫组HBsAg阳性率9.80%,差别有统计学意义(P〈0.01);免疫组Anit-HBs阳性率64.77%明显高于未免疫组Anit-HBs阳性率38.52%,差别有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:我区开展乙肝疫苗接种工作减少了这段时期的感染。但乙肝疫苗接种率、Anit-HBs阳性率较低,故应加大乙肝疫苗接种工作宣传力度,加强乙肝疫苗接种质量,反复加强免疫可提高人群的免疫能力是预防乙肝病毒感染的有效途径。
Objective:To observe the crowd in the Greater Xing′an Mountains region the effect and the circs of hepatitis B vaccine immunity and of toted hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg),In order to further strengthen the work of hepatitis B vaccination to provide a basis.Methods:Progressing questionnaire survey,collecting blood sample,using enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA) detection of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg),hepatitis B surface antibody(Anit-HBs).Results:Population(age 5~80 years old) in the Greater Xing′an Mountains region of hepatitis B vaccination rate of 36.00 percent,HBsAg-positive rate of 7.38 percent;Anit-HBs positive rate was 47.17 percent,immune groups HBsAg positive rate of 2.43% was significantly lower than non-immune groups HBsAg positive rate of 9.80 percent,the difference has hasstatistically significant(P〈0.01);immune groups Anit-HBs positive rate of 64.77% was significantly higher than non-immune groups Anit-HBs positive rate 38.52 percent,the difference has statistically significant(P〈0.01).Conclusion:It is carrying out hepatitis B vaccination Significantly reduce infection of hepatitis B virus in the period of in our region.Hepatitis B vaccination and Anit-HBs positive rate is relatively low,Thereby It should strengthen the publicity work of the hepatitis B vaccination to raise consciousness of hepatitis B vaccination and enhance the quality of Hepatitis B vaccination,An effective way of preventing hepatitis B virus infection is to strengthen repeatedly inoculation to improve people′s immunity.
