HPLC测定聚氯代对二甲苯覆膜胶塞中二氯对二甲苯二聚体的残留量 被引量:1

Determination of residual Dichloro-[2,2]-paracyclophane in parylene C coated rubber closure by HPLC

摘要 目的:用高效液相色谱法测定聚氯代对二甲苯覆膜胶塞中残留二氯对二甲苯二聚体的含量。方法:胶塞样品经适量乙醇回流提取,溶剂合并后定容,进行方法学研究并确定实验条件。色谱条件:ZORBAX Extend C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈:水(75:25),流速为1.5 ml/min,检测波长为228 nm。结果:在0.492~19.68μg/ml范围内,进样量与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.99991),24 h内稳定性试验的RSD为1.71%,回收率为98.42%(RSD为2.18%,n=9),最低检测浓度为0.197μg/ml。结论:该方法快捷,准确,适用于聚氯代对二甲苯覆膜胶塞中残留二氯对二甲苯二聚体的含量测定。 Objective:To determine residual Dichloro-[2,2]-paracyclophane in Parylene C film coated rubber closure by HPLC.Methods:Parylene C film coated rubber closure were heated under reflux on a water bath with ethanol,which then consoli-dated and diluted to volumes,the validation of the method was tested and the test condition was confirmed.The chromatographycondition was with ZORBAX Extend C18column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(75:25),flow speed was 1.5 ml/min,detection wavelength was 228 nm.Results:The peak area of Dichloro-[2,2]-paracyclophane cor-related well to injection mass in range of 0.492 19.68μg/ml.The stability(RSD) was 1.71% in 24 h.The recoveries were98.42%(RSD为2.18%,n=9).The limit of detection was 0.197μg/ml.Conclusion:The method is fast and accurate,and suitable for determining the content of residual Dichloro-[2,2]-paracyclophane in Parylene C film coated rubber closure.
