摘要
针对现有生产线平衡方法缺乏持续改进思想和仿真优化应用不成熟的问题,提出将启发式算法和可视化仿真方法相结合的生产线动态平衡方法。构建以生产线上工位数最少和各工位的作业时间分布离散程度最小的双目标优化模型,并利用改进粒子群算法进行生产线平衡的数字化求解。从生产线系统的可视化建模与仿真角度出发,引入基于Witness仿真的生产线系统结构重现的可视化仿真方法,通过对仿真过程进行实时控制从而达到生产线动态平衡的目标。
Focusing on the deficiencies in production line balancing of present methods,a new method named production line's dynamic balancing method,which combined heuristic method and visualization simulation together,was proposed.In this method,a double-objective model of line balancing was built up,which ensures the number of workstations and the smoothness index are both minimum.Then an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to solve the problem.The production line system is suitable to build its visualization simulation model by the simulation software of Witness.At last,an instance of this method was discussed.
