摘要
目的探讨仙藿胶囊对酪氨酸酶活性可能的作用机制,为临床治疗白癜风提供实验依据。方法离体实验采用蘑菇酪氨酸酶多巴速率氧化法,检测仙藿胶囊乙醇提取物对酪氨酸酶活性及黑素生成的影响。结果仙藿胶囊可上调酪氨酸酶的活性(P<0.05)及黑素生成量。结论仙藿胶囊对酪氨酸酶有显著激活作用;提示仙藿胶囊治疗白癜风可能是通过调节酪氨酸酶活性促进黑素合成而发挥作用。
Objective To explore the possible action mechanism of Xianhuo capsule, which provide scientific basis in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods The effects of ethanol extract from Xianhuo capsule was evaluated on the activity of tyrosinase and the melanogenesis by measuring the oxidation rate of DL-dopa to each natural chemical in the in vitro studie. Results The results Showed that Xianhuo capsule could obviously upregulate significantly the activity of tyrosinase ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and melanogenesis. Conclusion Xianhuo capsule has the function of stimulating the activity of tyrosine. The results suggest that effect of Xianbuo capsule treating vitiligo may be relative with enhancing activity of tyrosinase and melanogencsis.
