摘要
从长期患有呼吸道疾病的红腹锦鸡（Ｃｈｒｙｓｏｌｏｐｈｕｓｐｉｃｔｕｓ）喉气管部棉拭样品分离到一株菌。根据其菌落形态、细菌大小及生化特性分析，该菌为霉形体。电镜观察，该霉形体在液体培养时以球形为主，在固体培养时则以球杆状为主，且在不同的培养时期形态呈现较大的变化。
A strain germ was isolated from laryngotrachea of Chrysolophus pictua showing clinical symptoms of the chronic respiratory tract infection and identified as a mycoplasma according to the biochemical and morphological characteristic. The mycoplasma revealed spherical shape in liquid medium while sphero bacilli form in solid medium under electron microscope and varied morphologically with the different culture phage.
