摘要
超声波电机性能与其驱动控制电路直接相关。与目前常用的推挽式电路相比,H桥相移PWM控制电路在多方面具有性能优势。该文介绍了超声波电机H桥相移PWM控制电路结构,给出了一种基于CPLD的两相H桥相移PWM控制信号发生器,分析了其组成和工作原理,并进行了实验验证,效果良好。
The performance of ultrasonic motor depends on its driving circuit. Compare with the traditional push-pull circuit, the H-bridge control circuit using phase shift PWM technology has some advantages. This paper introduces the control circuit's structure. The two-phase H bridge phase shift PWM signal generator using CPLD is also designed and analyzed. The experimental results proved that the design is correct.
