摘要
棉铃虫幼虫消化道较简单,为一圆筒形直管,占据体腔的大部分。前肠包括食道和嗉囊。中肠发达,构成消化道的主要部分。后肠包括幽门、回肠和直肠,直肠球形。马氏管6条,乳白色,端段和直肠组成直肠复合体。每条马氏管(不含复合体部分)可分为直肠导、回肠丛、黄色段和白色段4部分。从预蛹期开始,中肠明显缩短,肠内固体食物分解为液体且完全排空,肠腔收缩,肠壁多皱褶。化蛹后1~2d,中肠与食道的交界处发生1个小的突起,蛹后8~9d发展为膨大的嗉囊,游离于消化道一侧。马氏管的端段在化蛹后5d内与直肠解体。化蛹后5~7d内可观察到细长曲折的回肠及膨大的直肠囊。成虫消化道曲折细长,约为体长的2倍,最前端为唾窦—咽喉吸泵。食道细长,乳白色。中肠比前、后肠短。直肠囊位于腹腔后部,顶端几乎与嗉囊相接触。马氏管6条,乳白色,分段不明显,端段游离。
The alimentary canal of larva,starting from mouthpart,consists of foregut which comprises oesophagus and crop,midgut and hindgut including ileum and rectum.The bucketshaped canal,the length of which approximately equals that of larva body,occupies most room of body cavity.The alimentary canal of adults averaged 34mm,of which the ileum nearly accounts for one half,about 16.5mm.The foregut comprises suckingpump,oesophagus,and crop which was a large sac lying dorsally filled with a forthy liquid.The Malpighian tubule of larva,originating at the junction of midgut and hindgut,is divided into rectal lead,iliac plexus and yellow region as well as white region,according to external appearance,and terminal forming rectal complex by inserting into rectal muscle.At prepual and early pupal stages,the pelletshapped solid food in midgut is resolved into liquid with intestinal wall crinkled and the length reduced,approximately one half that of the 5th instar larva.
