摘要
本试验研究了ＥＭ处理辣椒后对其生长发育、生理特性、抗病性、产量及品质的影响。结果表明：ＥＭ能促进辣椒生长发育；增强代谢机能；抗病性增强；前期产量和总产量分别比对照增加８．２％～４１．８％和２１．７％～８．５％。
the showed that EM promoted hot pepper growth and development. Metabolism and disease resistance were strengthened. The earlier yield and total yield increased 8.2.%～41 .8% and 21.7%～36.5% respectively, compared with. the: control. The contents of Vc and carbohydrate raised 6.1 %～19.7% and 1.3%～ 8.5% respectively.
