摘要
从基本前提、根本目标、主要内容和必要措施四个方面对中国新的农业技术革命进行了讨论，认为新的农业技术革命是农业发展的需要和科技进步的必然，是增加农产品有效供给、增加农民收入、保证农业持续发展的保证．只有抓好信息技术、生物技术、农产品贮藏加工技术等的研究和开发，通过增加投入、改革科研管理体制、建设农业技术市场和创新农业制度等措施。
The fundamental prerequisites, key goals, major tasks and necessary measures of a new technological revolution in agriculture of China were discussed. It was proposed that the technological revolution was the demand of agricultural development and the result of advance of science and technology, could achieve the goals of increasing produce supply and farmers′ income and ensuring sustainable agricultural development. The new technological revolution in agriculture will succeed so long as emphasis is put on research and development of information technology, biotechnology and processing technology of farm products and some measures such as increasing investment in agricultural research,reforming research management system, constructing the market for agricultural technological trade and creating new agricultural systems are taken.
