摘要
目前我国许多城市正处于功能转型期,在着力提升城市竞争力的同时,需要审视城市客观发展条件,适时选择统筹城乡的新区发展战略,遏止城市蔓延现象。该文围绕近年来武汉城市新区发展战略研究展开,客观分析了现实发展问题,提出了功能新区的战略统筹和空间统筹。
At present, many cities are being in the function transition period in China, they need scanning their objective development conditions and choosing the rational development strategy of new area that could balance rural and urban development to reduce urban sprawl. According to the research of new functional areas strategy in Wuhan recently, this article objectively analyzes the practical problems and proposes the overall planning of tactic and space.
