摘要
为了确立急性坏死性胰腺炎（ＡＮＰ）的治疗方案，总结了５８例ＡＮＰ患者的治疗经验。１９９３年５月以前以早期手术为主，１９９３年５月以后以早期非手术治疗为主。结果显示：早期手术组２７例，死亡８例（２９．６％）；早期非手术治疗组３１例（包括５例延期手术者），死亡４例（１２．９％）。因此作者认为对ＡＮＰ患者采取早期非手术治疗明显优于早期手术治疗，并对早期非手术治疗的优点、要点及手术治疗的地位、指征和方式进行了讨论。
? To establish a treatment program for patients with acute necrotic pancreatitis (ANP) ,Fiftyeight surgical cases of ANP were analyzed.Most patients before May,1993 were operated while managed with nonoperative methods after May,1993,The results showed that eight (29.6%) died in 27 patients undergoing early operation,and 4 patients (12.9%) died in 31 patients treated conservatively.The authors indicated that nonoperating is obviously superior to operating for ANP patients in early period.And they also dicussed the merit、 the key、surgical indications and operation style in ANP patients.
