肺恶性肿瘤肺叶切除的胸腔镜外科治疗 被引量：3

摘要 自1996年4月至1997年6月采用电视辅助胸腔镜外科（VATS）技术对20例肺恶性肿瘤患者施行VATS根治性肺叶切除及纵隔肺门淋巴结清除术。术后病理：肺泡癌3例，腺癌11例，鳞癌5例，肺横纹肌肉瘤1例。术式为：右上叶切4例，右中叶切2例，右下叶切6例，右中下叶切1例，左上叶切5例，左下叶切2例。手术效果满意，无手术死亡率。手术时间平均为180min，平均出血量350ml，术后平均引流量265ml，平均置管时间3d。并发症为1例发生术后出血行VATS二进胸探查止血。认为：VATS行肺恶性肿瘤根治性肺叶切除是可行的。
