摘要
对微电机用塑料圆柱齿轮产生翘曲变形的原因进行分析,通过优化注射工艺条件、浇口位置和冷却系统等方法,在保证其它控制尺寸不变的情况下,使塑料圆柱齿轮的底面跳动值满足了技术要求,成功降低了塑料齿轮底面的跳动。
The reasons caused the warpage of plastic cylindrical gear of motor were analyzed. Through optimizing the injection condition, gate location and cooling system, the runout of bottom plane was reduced to meet the technique specification under the condition of ensuring other control dimensions immutably.
