摘要
本研究采用大学生专业兴趣调查表、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、霍兰德职业偏好量表(VPI)和职业兴趣测查表(VIS)对175名大学生进行问卷调查,探讨大学生专业兴趣吻合程度、相同兴趣大学生共同的人格特点以及有效的职业兴趣测验工具。结果发现,大学生对自己所学专业认同度较低(不足40%);相同职业兴趣的人有相同的职业人格特点;VPI是一个较好的职业兴趣量表。
This study applied College Students Professional Interests Inventory, EPQ, VPI and VIS to conduct the questionnaire on 175 college students, aiming to find to what degree their professional interests meet their majors, and the character features of college students who shared the same interests as well as to find an efficient professional interests testing tool. The results show as follows： there is a low degree of college students＇ satisfaction about their major（less than 40% ） ; people who shared the same professional interests also shared the same character features; VPI is a relatively efficient professional interests test.
