摘要
针对中央空调冷却水循环系统中的腐蚀问题,进行了单独投加臭氧、单独投加缓蚀剂、臭氧及缓蚀剂联合使用三种情况下对空调冷却水的缓蚀试验研究。结果表明,臭氧单独作用时,腐蚀速率为0.14~0.26mm/a,缓蚀率为25%~55%。臭氧与钼酸钠共同作用时,碳钢的腐蚀速率小于0.16mm/a,缓蚀率大幅度提高,两者有很好的协同作用。
Aiming at the corrosion problem of the cooling water in have been carried out under the three conditions of adding ozone the centered air-conditioning system, experiments alone, corrosion inhibitor alone and ozone cornbined with corrosion inhibitor. The results show that when ozone is added alone, the corrosion rate is between 0.14- 0.26 mm/a, and the corrosion inhibition rate is between 25%-55% and when ozone combined with sodium molyb-date is added, the corrosion rate of carbon steel is below 0.16 mm/a, corrosion inhibition rate increases greatly. The two of them have a good synergistic effect.
