摘要
研究了不同浓度NaHSO3(0.1,0.2,0.5,1.0,2.0,5.0mmol/L)对菠菜叶片光合作用的影响.结果表明:低浓度的NaHSO3促进光合速率,高浓度的NaHSO3抑制光合速率,0.5mmol/L为促进光合速率的最佳浓度.分析认为,低浓度NaHSO3下菠菜光合色素、光化学猝灭系数(qP)、电子传递速率(ERT)、原初光能转化效率(¢PSⅡ)升高和非光化学猝灭系数(qN)的降低是NaHSO3提高菠菜光合作用的内在原因.
Effects of different concentrations of NaHSO3 (0.1, 0. 2, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 and 5.0 mmol/L) on pigment content, net photosynthetic rate and the parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence in spinach leaves were investigated. NaHSO3 enhanced photosynthetic rate of spinach seedlings at lower concentrations but reduced it at higher concentrations. The optimal concentration was 0. 5 mmol/L. The primary reason for the enhanced net photosynthetic rate in spinach leaves was that photosynthetic pigment, photochemical quenching coefficient (qP), electron transport rate (ETR) and quantum yield of PS Ⅱ electron transport ( ¢ PS Ⅱ ) were raised and the non-photochemical quenching coefficient (qN) was decreased under low concentration of NaHSO3.
