摘要
调质钢管的缺陷分为:材质缺陷、轧制缺陷和热处理缺陷。其中材质缺陷与热处理缺陷中的淬火裂纹易于混淆。通过对油套管常用钢种模拟试验和生产数据分析认为:低合金碳锰钢管水淬不产生淬火裂纹。要提高调质钢管的合格率,主要应提高钢水纯净度、减少钢管的轧制缺陷。
The defects of quenched and tempered steel tubes were divided into there type originating from material, rolling and heat treating respectively, and it is possible to confuse quenching cracks in the heat treatment with material defects. According to the analysis of simulation tests and production data on the common types of oil pipe casing steel, the results show that it could not lead to quenching cracks in the low-alloyed manganese steel. In order to raise the qualified rate of quenched and tempered steel tubes, the purity of the molten steel should be improved and defects from steel pipe rolling should be reduced.
