摘要
目的考察应用情绪管理团体咨询提高留守儿童心理健康水平的效果,为提高儿童心理健康水平提供依据。方法采用自行设计的情绪管理团体咨询方案,对9名留守儿童和11名非留守儿童组成的异质性团体进行11次团体咨询。用心理健康诊断测验、自编情绪问卷、单元反馈单、团体总反馈单等对团体咨询效果进行评定。结果团体咨询后,团体成员的学习焦虑、身体症状、过敏倾向、一般焦虑水平显著降低(P值均<0.05),看待事物更加积极,能更好地控制自己的情绪。留守与否与咨询前后2个因素间交互作用不显著。结论情绪管理团体咨询对提高留守儿童心理健康水平和非留守儿童心理健康水平具有同样显著的效果。
Objective To study the effect of emotion control group counseling on improving psychological health level of left-behind children, and to provide evidence for improving children＇s psychological health. Methods Emotion control group counseling was applied to a group composed of nine left-behind children and eleven non-left-behind children for eleven times. The effect was assessed by Mental Health Test, Self-produced Mood Questionnaire, Unit Feedback and Group Feedback and so on. Results After group counseling, the members＇learning anxiety, physical symptoms,sensitive trend and general anxiety level were significantly decreased （P〈0.05） and they had more active attitude and had a better control of their mood. There was no significant interaction between whether being left behind or not and before or after the counseling. Conclusion Emotion control group counseling shews a significant effect on improving the mental health of left-behind children as well as non-left-behind children.
