麻醉对内皮素及血栓素A_2分泌的影响 被引量:1

摘要 内皮素(ET),是迄今为止所知的作用最强、持续最久的血管收缩物质,也是最强的气管平滑肌收缩物质.是评价应激强度的重要指标。血栓素A2(TXA2),具有强大的血管收缩和促血小板聚集作用.其浓度的变化可影响应激反应的程度。因此,本文研究了麻醉对ET及TXA2分泌的影响有助于术中对循环、呼吸等系统的调控,现综述如下。
