摘要
汽车夹具是保证车身焊装质量的重要因素,影响整个汽车的制造精度和生产周期。以某汽车前地板预总成焊装夹具的设计为例介绍了汽车车身焊装夹具的结构特点和基本要求,阐述了基于UG的汽车车身焊装夹具的3D设计方法。同时采用WAVE的设计思想和方法进行设计,使设计周期缩短,设计效益大为提高。
Welding jig is one important factor to guarantee the quality of joining the car body, which influences the precision and cycle of the production of the whole car. Take some welding jig design of the body floor front assembly as an example, the structural characteristics and design essentials are introduced based on the welding jig design of the ear body, the designing method of welding is represented based on UG 3D model building platform. Adopting the WAVE design philosophies and methods can shorten design cycle and improve the design benefit.
