摘要
据调查,天津市非公有制企业职工人数占全市职工人数的半数以上,为此,在非公有制企业建立职工工资正常增长机制,是促进职工收入稳定增长,推动和谐天津建设发展的基本条件。
According to the survey, the employees in non -public -ownership enterprises are more than half of all employees. Therefore, it is the prerequisite to harmonious governing to create a wage - regular - in- creased system in non-public -ownership enterprises.
