摘要
目的:探讨窒息新生儿血液阴离子间隙(AG)与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)发生率间的关系,以助早期诊治。方法:采用全自动血气分析仪对95例窒息新生儿进行外周动脉血血气分析,同时进行血电解质检测,计算具体的AG值。结果:窒息新生儿存在轻到中度的酸中毒,正常AG组与高AG组之间pH值和BE值差别无显著意义(P(0.05)。但两组之间HIE的发生率差异有显著性意义(P(0.05)。结论:AG值可作为预测窒息新生儿HIE的重要指标,指导临床诊断和治疗。
Objective: To study the relation between blood Anion Gap(AG) and Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) in newborn babies with asphyxia, which can help to make early diagnosis and treatment. Method: Analysis of arterial blood gas by Fully Automatic Blood-Gas Analyzel (FABGA) 95 new-born babies with asphyxia, and assessing the blood electrolyte and then calculating the value of AG at the same time. Results: The new-born babies with asphyxia all have light to middle acidosis; the pH and BE has no remarkable difference between normal AG group and high AG gronp ( P 〉 0. 05 ) , while the HIE occurrent rate has remarkale difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : AG value can be taken as one of the important index for the forecast of HIE in new-born babies with asphyx- ia, and can be used for clinic diagnosis and treatment.
