摘要
磷化液处理技术是钻具螺纹防护的有效途径之一,该工艺通过化学与电化学反应在基体金属表面生成一层均匀致密的微薄磷化膜,可有效改善螺纹表面的接触条件和受力状况,提高钻具连接螺纹的润滑效果,增强其防锈、减磨及防粘扣性能。现场应用表明,钻具螺纹磷化处理后,使用损坏率大幅度降低,钻具使用寿命明显延长,并且有效控制了因钻具螺纹非预期损坏引发的钻井误工和井下事故,取得了显著的综合经济效益。因此,该工艺具有良好的推广应用前景。
Phosphated fluid treatment technology is one of effective ways for drilling tool threads protection.By means of chemical and electrochemistry reaction,it forms a uniform,fine and thin phosphated film on the thread surface.This film can improve effectively contact and operating conditions of pin and box threads,promote their lubricating results,so enhance their anticorrosive,antifrictional and antisticking performance.The field application of phosphated threads has greatly reduced damaged rate of drilling tool,thus increasing evidently their working life,and decreasing substantially drilling tool accident loss in connection threads damage,achieving significant economic benefits.It has good application prospects on site.
