冠状动脉异常起源误诊分析
摘要
对冠状动脉异常起源5例患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结分析,结果显示有3例为左冠状动脉起源于肺动脉,临床表现缺乏特异性,3例误诊为心内膜弹力纤维增生症。临床上结合超声心动图、CT及冠状动脉造影能明确诊断,手术是主要治疗方式且效果良好,正确诊断是治疗的关键。
