摘要
目的:探讨双叶小产钳在剖宫产术中的运用价值。方法:总结我院2005年6月～2008年7月间在剖宫产中双叶小产钳的应用。结果:采用徒手的方式娩头与采用剖宫产产钳娩头对于出生时新生儿Apgar评分在统计学上差异有显著性(P<0.05),对于新生儿面部的损伤和子宫裂伤差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:在剖宫产手术中适当使用剖宫产小产钳可以较好地处理娩头困难,赢得了抢救新生儿的时间,对新生儿不会造成损伤,值得推广。
Objective ：To discuss the application of double leaf forceps to cesarean section. Methods ：To analyze and summarize the application of double leaf forceps to cesarean section from June 2005 to July 2008 in our hospital. Results：Appgar score of newborns had statistical difference （P〈0.05） in taking fetal head between with hands and with double leaf forceps. The face injury of newborns and uterine laceration had no significant difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusion： In cesarean section, the proper application of forceps can make a fairly good treatment on the difficulty taking fetal head,wining the time to rescure newborn without injury on newborn. It is worthy to be promoted.
