摘要
本文结合对福州某高层住宅施工实践,分析了引起自保温外墙墙体渗漏的成因,提出了防治措施。
Based upon project investigation and practice, the author discusses the main causes of the seepage of the self heat——preservation exterior wall, and the methods of prevention and cure are also provided.
