摘要
把PLC控制技术、工业局域网及现场总线应用于汽车生产工艺及车身输送的循环过程,滑橇式输送机完成焊后白车身的转接、转挂及自动存储,实现白车身的前处理电泳及钣金修理—涂胶—喷胶—烘胶—打磨—面漆等工艺过程。
This paper used PLC control technology, industry local area network and fieldbus into the skid conveyor system by the research of car body production technology and delivery cycle process. The system completed the adapter, hanging and automatic storage of the welded white body, and achieved the processes such as pre-treatment electrophoresis and sheet metal repair - gelati- nization - glue sprinklingglue drying - burnishing-lacquer covering.
