摘要
论述了孔栅镜光束衰减和取样的原理及特点，用此法对高功率连续ＣＯ２激光器远场光强分布进行了检测，给出了光强空间分布。算出了光束的焦斑半径、远场发散角，并通过Ｍ２参数对光束质量作了评估。
A high power laser beam profile intensity measuring system using hole grating is introduced.The principle of hole grating sampler was analyzed.The HL CO 2 laser focal irradiance distribution was measured with hole grating.The divergence and radius of laser beam were calculated.The beam quality can be valued by M 2 factor.
