摘要
文章以自流-贡井盐为原料,采用恒温间歇操作蒸发结晶器,通过向结晶溶液中添加种类不同、质量和配比不同的改性剂,并控制饱和温度、蒸发温度等条件进行氯化钠结晶实验。实验得到了松散性好,高湿度下能较好抗结块的氯化钠结晶体。通过对氯化钠晶体结块的多因素研究,复配出了用于生产防结块的氯化钠晶体的有效改性剂,并得到了改性剂适宜的配比和改良氯化钠结晶的改性剂合适的用量。
The sodium chloride crystallized experiments using the salt from Ziliu - Gongjing as raw materials were studied by changing the type, mass and ratio of modifieres and controlling saturation temperature and vaporizing temperature. Experiments got incompact sodium chloride crystals that anti -caking better at high humidity level. A effective compound modifieres were selected to prevent the caking of sodium chloride in salt production through discussing the influence factors of salt - caking. Appropriate modifier ratio and appropriate modifier dosage for improving sodium chloride crystallization were obtained.
