摘要
由于劳动过程中各种影响因素的多变性和劳动关系双方信息的不对称性,使得劳动契约具有不完全性。这意味着劳动契约在签订、执行过程中面临着双方的道德风险,劳动关系主体双方均有动力利用信息优势谋求自身福利最大化。本文对劳动关系双方主体的行为机制进行了探讨,并结合劳动力市场的现实状况,认为雇主的道德风险是造成当前劳动关系紧张的主要诱因。
As the variability of factors and asyrametry of information, the labor contract is incomplete. This means that the employees and the employers may use the information advantages to maximize their own welfare. The labor contract is faced with moral hazzard in the process of signed and implementation. This article analyzed the possible moral hazard and discussed the behavior mechanisms by using the Stackelberg game model. At last, the article suggested that the employer' s moral hazard is the main factor that caused the current tight labor relations.
