摘要
利用有限元软件ANSYS,建立袋式除尘器不同类型节点的有限元模型,通过静力计算得出不同结构尺寸下的初始刚度值,在此基础上利用MATLAB软件进行最小二乘法拟合,得到节点初始刚度的近似计算公式,并将有限元分析结果和近似公式计算结果进行比较,证明近似公式计算结果基本符合工程精度的要求,这对简化袋式除尘器本体结构节点工程设计具有重要意义。
Four kinds of junction models with different component sizes for a bag filter were set up by the finite element software ANSYS. Their initial stiffness was gained by static analysis, and then the approximate formulae were imitated by the least-square method utilizing MATLAB. Comparing the finite element analysis with the results from the approximate formulae, it is proved that their errors are within the range of engineering precision. The approximate formulae can be applied to simplify design procedure in structural nodes of a bag filter.
