影像引导kV级X线成像测定自由呼吸状态下保乳术后部分乳腺外照射术腔中银夹位移 被引量：8

摘要 利用配有kV-X线成像系统的直线加速器实施部分乳腺外照射（external-beam partial breast irradiation, EB-PBI），为术腔中银夹位移的测量创造了条件。刘翠翠等报道了自主呼吸控制状态下，kV级锥形束CT（CBCT）和kV级X线成像测定的银夹位移，以及据此所得的EB-PBI实施过程中临床靶区（clinical target volume，CTV）到计划靶区（planning target volume,PTV）的外扩边界。
