摘要
工业锅炉作为一种重要的热能动力设备被广泛应用,但其平均热效率偏低,能耗高,造成大量能源浪费。提高在用工业锅炉运行热效率除了对锅炉进行技术改造,还可通过加强管理、优化燃烧工况、实现节能运行来实现。以正转链条炉排锅炉为研究对象,分析、阐述了多个系统的改进方法,以期实现工业锅炉节能、降耗、减排。
Industrial boiler has been widely used in many fields act as a important thermal power facility, although accompany with low efficiency, high energy consumption and result in huge energy waste. Through running regulation, optimizing combustion, structure reconstruction, etc, industrial boiler can greatly improve the efficiency. This paper based on the catenulate furnace aim to analyze and introduce the reconstruction methods for improve industrial boiler running efficiency in order to save energy, lower energy consumption and reduce pollutants discharge.
