摘要
虚拟企业作为一种新型的企业组织模式,已经成为学术界的研究热门。通过对近年来虚拟企业相关研究的成果的回顾,指出了目前仍需要解决的问题,简述了虚拟企业对我国企业的发展具有的意义。
Virtual enterprises become the academic＇s popular research as a new kind of enterprise organized patterns. The research results about correlation technology of virtual enterprises are reviewed, the questions which are still needed to solve at present are pointed out, and the significance about virtual enterprise to the development of our country enterprises is described.
