摘要
为解决飞机制造行业中异构系统间的装配工艺信息交互问题,提出了基于XML的工艺信息模型及交换架构;利用XML Schema描述飞机装配工艺信息,阐明了基于XML的飞机装配工艺信息的表现形式及其特点。通过JDOM技术实现XML工艺信息文档的高效地访问和操作。最后介绍了一个基于该模型的应用实例,该实例证明了基于xml的装配工艺信息模型在飞机制造行业应用中的可行性。
To solve the problem of the assembly process information exchange between heterogeneous system in aircraft manufacturing industry, an assembly process planning information frame and model was established based on XML; the XM L Schema was used to describe the assembly process planning information modeling, then the form of expression and its characteristics of the aircraft assembly process information was expounded with the XM L technology. JDOM technology was utilized to access and manipulate the xml file effectively. Finally, an example, based on the XM L model, was presented to prove that the information model is feasible in aircraft manufacturing industry.
