摘要
数控机床回零根据是否使用减速挡块,可分为挡块式回零和无挡块式回零两种。目前挡块式回零方式较普遍,但更容易出现回零过程中的各种问题。文章介绍了数控机床挡块式回零的控制原理、过程及其相关参数的影响,并对机床回零过程中各种形式的故障进行分析、诊断及总结。
CNC machine tools return home can be divides into two types： return home with dog and return home without dog. Return home with dog is more widespread at present and more liable to induce problems during home return. The paper introduces the principle of CNC machine tools return home（dog method） and diagnoses typical CNC return home faults.It discusses the primary form and regularity of the CNC return home fault and presents some methods for the CNC fault diagnosis and correction.
