摘要
建立精校机电液位置伺服系统的数学模型,针对液压伺服控制系统的非线性和时变性因素,提出了一种基于BP神经网络的PID控制器。该控制器既有经典PID控制算法简单的特点,又有神经网络良好的自适应和抗干扰能力的优点。仿真结果表明,该控制器具有鲁棒性强、超调量小和运行平稳等特点。
The mathematical model of electro-hydraulic position servo system is established,in view of the nonlinear and uncertain factors in hydraulic servo control system, a PID controller based on the BP neural network is propose. This controller has the simple characterister of classic PID control arithmetic,and it also has the advantage of neural network's good self-adaptive and anti-jamming ability. Simulation results indicate that this controller displays a strong robustness,a small over and a steady movement.
