摘要
用三菱定位专用模块对伺服系统进行简易控制,是一种简单、可靠、经济的控制方法,它在机床上有着广泛的应用。文章通过实例介绍了三菱定位专用模块FX2N-10GM在机床中硬件设计方法、常用参数设置方法及PLC程序编制,该程序已在FX系列机型上通过调试,运行正常,效果良好。
Use the M itsubishi fixed position appropriation module to carry on a simple control to the servo system, is a kind of simple, credibility, economy of control method. It has an extensive application on the machine tool. The article introduced the M itsubishi fixed position appropriation module ＂FX2N-10GM＂ through a solid example of the hardware design method, in common use parameter constitution method and to draw up the PLC program in the machine tool, the program has already passed to adjust on the FX series, circulating normally, results were very good.
