摘要
本文介绍了超离心沉降速度数据处理程序。用该程序可以大大缩短数据处理时间,减少误差。该程序可在各种微机上运行。
This paper introduces a microcomputer program of data treatment of sedimentation veloc-ity experiment of ultracentrifugation.It is compiled with BASIC and easily carried out at vari-ous kinds of computer.Using the program can largely shortens time of data treatment ofsedimentation velocity experiment and decreases artificial errors when calculated by person.Theresults of computing example is campared with that calculated by person.
