循环水结垢和腐蚀的机理及其控制 被引量:23

摘要 从理论上论述了循环水系统水垢的形成和水对循环系统的腐蚀机理。指出,当循环水系统普遍存在结垢时,由于水垢隔绝了金属与水的接触,腐蚀不会发生;而当水垢倾向于溶解时就会发生腐蚀。水垢的形成主要是由于循环水中含有碳酸钙。介绍了碳酸钙水垢沉析的判别方法以及控制水垢和腐蚀的措施。对于循环水结垢应采用降低循环水中的碳酸盐硬度和加阻垢剂;对于循环水系统的腐蚀可采用热力除氧、投加缓蚀剂及使用涂料覆盖于金属表面等方法。提出最佳的方案是对循环水系统进行水垢及腐蚀联合控制,这样可以提高循环水系统的质量管理、延长设备的使用寿命。 The scaling of recirculated water and its corrosion to the recirculated water system have been described on the theory base. It is pointed out that the formation of scale mainly depends on the carbonic acid calcium that the recirculated water contains. The judgement of the sediment deposite of scale and the control of scale and corrosion are introduced. Some effective methods have been given,for instance,decreasing the carbonate's hardness for the scale of recirculated water,thermal deoxidization,adding inhibitor and covering the metal surface with coating materials for the corrosion control of the system. The optimal program proposed is to jointly control the corrosion of scale to protect the recirculated water system,which can enhance the quality management and elongate the service life of the recirculated water system.
