摘要
用四乙基碘化铵作相转移催化剂,在常压下由苯胺和溴乙烷合成N,N—二乙基苯胺,研究了多种反应因素对目的产物产率的影响,提出了常压催化合成目的产物的最佳工艺条件是:苯胺和溴乙烷的摩尔比为1∶2.5,催化剂用量0.6 g,在40 mL质量分数为30×10-2的氢氧化钠溶液中,反应温度55℃,常压反应5 h,产品收率95.6%.
Using tetraethyl ammonium iodide as phase transfer catalyst, N, N - diethylaniline is synthesized by the reaction of aniline with bromoethane under atmospheric pressure,and various reaction factors affecting the yield of the target product are studied. The optimum parameters for preparing the target product by catalytic synthesis process under normal pressure are proposed. The obtained optimal reaction conditions are:aniline-bromoethane molar ratio 1 : 2.5 in 40 mL 30% sodium hydroxide solution with 0.6 g catalyst at 55℃ for 5 h. The yield of N, N - Diethylaniline is 95.6%.
