摘要
目的评价肝癌患者介入治疗中实施全程护理的价值。方法回顾性总结我院36例经导管介入治疗原发性肝癌的护理,分析术前准备、术中配合、术后护理的过程,并总结经验。结果36例肝癌患者在有效的护理和术中密切配合下手术过程顺利,手术全部成功,无并发症发生,术后症状改善、瘤体缩小,生存期得以延长。结论肝癌介入治疗中有效的全程护理可提高手术的成功率,促进了患者的早日康复。
Objective To evaluate the value of whole process nursing in hepatoma patients undergoing interventional therapy. Methods The nursing materials such as preoperative preparation, cooperation in operation and postoperative care of thirty-six hepatoma patients underwent interventional therapy through catheter in our hospital were summarized and analyzed retrospective- ly. Results The interventional therapy was successful in all eases without complications. The symptoms were improved and the volume of tumor was diminished and the life of patients has been prolonged. Conclusion The effeetive whole process nursing can improve the sueeess rate of interventional therapy and promoting rehabilitation in patients with liver eaneer.
