摘要
通过测定掺聚羧酸减水剂水泥浆体的凝结时间、化学收缩、初期水化放热、抗压强度,同时利用XRD分析,对减水剂作用下水泥水化进行了研究。结果表明:聚羧酸减水剂在具有较好分散性的同时具有较强的缓凝作用,有效抑制初期水化,而不影响后期水化。随掺量的增加缓凝时间增长、化学收缩减小,第一放热温峰增强,第二放热温峰延迟和消弱;随掺量增加,水化1d的CH特征衍射峰明显降低,28d的CH特征衍射峰增强,当掺量为w(减水剂)=1.5%时,3d强度降低10%-30%,7d强度降低5%-15%,而28d强度无明显降低。
According to the setting time, the heat of hydration, chemical shrinkage, the compressive strength and XRD analysis, the hydration process of the cement which is added polycarboxylate superplasticizer was studied. The result shows that the polycarboxylate superplasticizer has excellent retarding effect and defers the hydration process, but has no effect on the later hydration process. The more the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is, the longer the setting time, the shorter the chemical shrinkage, the more strengthening of the first heat of hydration, the more reducing and deferring the second heat of hydration is. The XRD of 1 d CH is weakened and the 28 d CH is enhanced with the increase of polycarboxylate superplasticizer. With the adding of 1.5% polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the strength of 3 d reduces by 10% -30% ,7 d reduces by 5% - 15% ,but 28d doesn't cut down obviously.
