摘要
目的建立前牙冠折的体外模型,进行断冠再接的相关研究。方法离体上颌中切牙60颗,自凝塑料包埋牙齿,暴露切1/3牙冠;试件固定在万能试验机上,将铲形刀具垂直于牙的唇面,牙冠中、切1/3界线,以10kN为最大负荷,1mm/min的速度,持续加载至折断。记录折裂时的力值;折裂片为1块者视为模型建立"成功"。结果在平均值为855.94N的力作用下,60颗上颌中切牙,成功建立了43(71.67%)颗冠折模型。结论成功建立了冠折模型。
Objective To establish an in vitro anterior fractured model.Methods Sixty intact maxillary central incisors were embedded in self- cure acrylic resins with one third of the incisal crowns exposed. Then the specimens were submitted to an axial compression by a Universal Testing Machine. The knife shaped spade was put on the buccal surface of each tooth with a maxim force of 10 kN and a speed of 1 mm/ min until fracture. One fragment from each tooth was considered as successful. Results The mean fracture load of the teeth was 855.94N. Among 60 teeth, 43 (71.67 % ) were successful. Conclusion The anterior fractured model was successfully established.
