摘要
潍坊国际风筝会是以风筝放飞为核心的一个融体育、文化、经济于一体的地方性民间体育文化节庆活动。自1984年以来,潍坊国际风筝会如同永驻潍坊的风筝"奥运会",为地方社会带来了巨大的经济效益,极大地推动了地方社会经济的发展。这一结果表明,作为重要的文化遗产和文化资源,民间体育不仅具有休闲、娱乐、健身等价值,在市场经济条件下还蕴藏着巨大的经济价值,可以成为地方社会经济发展中重要的"文化动力因"。
Weifang International Kite Festival is a kind of local cultural festivities integrating sports, cultural and economic activities with the center of Kite - flying. Since 1984, as a kite - flying ＂Olympic Games＂ always being there, Weifang International Kite Festival has brought huge economic benefits to the local community and greatly promoted the development of the local community. The results further indicate that as an important cultural heritage and cultural resource, folk sports has not only value of fitness and entertainment, but also great economic value in conditions of market economy. It can become an important ＂culture motive force＂ in the development of local social economy.
