摘要
大学生就业难的影响因素是多方面的,面对严峻的就业形势,高校就业指导工作须顺应时代要求,积极转变就业指导观念,促进毕业生充分就业。本文剖析了生存理念的内涵,分析了生存问题在就业领域的显现,并就如何应用生存理念指导大学生就业指导工作进行了探讨。
There are various factors that affect the college-graduates＇ employment. Facing serious employment prospects, the employment guidance in China＇s colleges and universities should follow the requirements of the era and willingly accept the changing concepts of employment guidance to realize good employment for the college-graduates. This paper analyses the idea of survival and its embodiment and guidance in the area of emplovment for China＇s college-graduates.
