摘要 系统地研究了在十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)存在下,钯(Ⅱ)与meso-四(4-吡啶基)卟啉的荧光熄灭反应.提出了高灵敏测定痕量钯(Ⅱ)的荧光分析新方法.该反应在pH值为4.6的醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液中经沸水浴加热而完成,生成的配合物使卟啉的荧光强度定量熄灭,进而在强酸性条件下测量其荧光强度,发现钯(Ⅱ)的浓度在4~120μg/L范围内与显色剂的荧光强度的变化值(ΔF)有良好的线性关系. A new method has been developed for the determination of trace palladium based on the fluorescence quenching of meso tetra (4 pyridyl) porphyrin (TPyP) by the formation of Pd(Ⅱ) TPyP complex.This reaction proceeds completely in the CH 3COOH CH 3COONa (pH=4.6) buffer solution by heating in boiling water at the presence of sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SDS).The Pd(Ⅱ) TPyP complex is stable in 0.24 mol/L H 2SO 4 for more than two hours.Its excitation and emission wavelength are 425 nm and 654 nm,respectively.The calibration curve is linear in the range of 3.8×10 -8 ~1.2×10 -6 mol/L of the concentration of Pd(Ⅱ),Most of other ions do not interfere with the determination of Pd(Ⅱ).The method has the advantage of high selectivity and sensitivity.It has been applied to determine Pd in catalysts with satisfactory results.
