摘要
对超前管棚注浆支护在破碎地层大跨度隧道开挖中的加固机理及应用进行了分析,通过对某隧道采取超前管棚注浆预加固防护措施前后,隧道在施工中的受力、变形情况的有限元模拟分析,得出在不良地层地质条件及大跨度隧道施工过程中采用管棚注浆法能显著改善地层的物理力学性质,提高松软地层的整体性,减小隧道施工过程中的预应力集中,从而达到增强隧道自身整体稳定性的结论。
Reinforce mechanism and application of shed-pipe grouting in stratum-broken tunnel excavating is studied. Taking the weathering and broken belt of a tunnel exit as an example, we obtain a conclusion that shed-pipe grouting in the process of soft stratum tunnel excavating can notably improve stratum characteristics of physical mechanics, reduce stress concentration and heighten entire stability of tunnel itself through FEM simulation of tunneling load and deformation on the conditions of the two different measures with shed-pipe and without shed-pipe.
