摘要
教学质量是民办高校的生存之本,只有教学质量提高了,民办院校才能生存下去。保证教学质量的有效方法之一,就是构建民办高等教育质量监控体系。并且根据民办院校的实际情况和办学特点,建设和管理一支专兼职教师相结合的优良师资队伍也成为提高办学水平和教学质量的关键。
Teaching Quality is the lifeline of private universities. Only when teaching quality been has improved, private colleges and universities can survive. One of the effective methods is to have a quality monitoring system. Management of the teaching staff and part-time teachers becomes the key to improve education standard.
